Hello! Glad you stopped by :)
A little about me then..
My interest in becoming a hypnotherapist happened by accident several years ago, it was never in my grand plan!
As my fascination in the subject grew I made the life changing decision to become a hypnotherapist myself. I trained with a leading school based in Brighton called Uncommon Knowledge and obtained a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Brief, Solution Focused Psychotherapy.
I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and as such am bound by a strict code of ethics. I have been allocated an NHS provider code which means that I am able to accept referrals from the NHS and I have full professional insurance. Every enquiry is held in complete confidence and time and care is taken to ensure that all treatments are tailor made to suit your own personal needs.
Over the years I have also attended many courses run by MindFields College who teach the revolutionary Human Givens approach to psychotherapy, which is the ethos to which I work.
The portfolio of conditions I am able to help alleviate and treat is fairly extensive and can be found here. I should mention that I have a special interest in using hypnotherapy to aid childbirth.
Since becoming a mother myself back in 2001, I have met many women who find the prospect of labour frightening. I can help to significantly reduce the fear and make labour a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. Find out more..
