Solution Focused Therapy is a modern form of psychotherapy that aims to make changes as quickly as possible, hence the term 'brief'.  It is not always important to know why you have a problem, the aim is to resolve it.  There's no painful delving into the past and you may even learn new skills to help you create a more satisfying future.

The unique combination of Solution Focused Therapy and therapeutic hypnosis provides a holistic approach to well-being.

When we consider the emotional balance of an individual we can begin to identify any gaps in basic emotional needs (such as attention, security, connection and control), and the innate resources we have for meeting them (such as memory, imagination and problem solving abilities).

It is when these emotional needs are not met, or our resources are used incorrectly, that individuals suffer emotional distress or fail to fulfil their potential.
