Many people have been affected by the sad passing of the late Queen Elizabeth II and may feel waves of emotion which may haven taken some people by surprise.
For many, the late Queen presided as a comforting grandmother-like figure and, of course, her passing could stir up memories of experiences within our own families.
Some may mourn her late Majesty personally and feel very real symptoms of grief, whilst others may begin to reflect on the passing of a loved one, either way grief is a very personal experience and there are no right ways or wrong ways to mourn.
When we grieve we are acknowledging the love for the person who have left us.
I run a short Program to help those cope with grief and loss.
