Menopause Relief

The menopause, or 'The Change', and it's various symptoms is now beginning to be discussed much more openly, which is great news for us ladies of a certain age!

Educating society as to the, sometimes debilitating, symptoms that some of us have to endure will do wonders to normalise our situation as part of a woman's natural progression to the next physiological phase and will bring about a wider empathy towards this change.

Generally menopause starts around the late 40s, early 50s, but there can be exceptions either side of this age range.

We all experience menopause in different ways - some women may begin to feel a little hotter, like the heating has been turned up a degree, some may feel as though they are a volcano about to erupt, whilst others may not experience any noticeable differences.

For some, the surges of heat, worry and other ailments, last only a few weeks. However, more commonly these symptoms last for an average timescale of 3-5 years.

Common Symptoms of Menopause

  • Hot flushes

  • Night Sweats

  • Mood Swings

  • Anxiety

  • Panic Attacks

  • Depression

  • Poor sleep

  • Low/no libido

  • Vaginal dryness

  • Weight gain

Hypnosis is a 100% safe & natural alternative to HRT

An increasing number of women are choosing alternative methods to manage their symptoms, rather than chemical intervention in the form of HRT.

Some reasons for this may include -

  • increased risk of developing cancer

  • dementia

  • breast tenderness

  • headaches

  • feeling sick

  • indigestion

  • abdominal (tummy) pain

  • vaginal bleeding

  • HRT can invoke the very symptoms they are designed to reduce

  • may be unable to take HRT owing to having had female cancer that's oestrogen receptor positive

  • feel uncomfortable with how one particular HRT drug is sourced

In October 2012, a research paper was published by Professor Gary Elkins, (Baylor University Mind-Body Medicine Research Laboratory U.S.A.) who ran a clinical trial to test the effect of clinical hypnosis upon hot flushes. The trial found that Clinical hypnosis can effectively reduce hot flushes and associated symptoms among menopausal women. Furthermore, a reduction in hot flushes between 70% – 80% was recorded, with lower intensity of those remaining. Elkins concluded that this treatment could provide a credible alternative to managing hot flushes and potentially help millions of women.

Benefits of The Menopause Relief Program

  • Gain the ability to turn down the heat and possibly reduce the amount of hot flushes occurring. Stopping those rivers of perspiration before they start or become a tidal wave washing over your body, leaving you drenched and drained of energy and dignity.

  • Master the menopause, feel empowered. This benefit is huge and very powerful, as a lot of women feel lost and out of control.

  • 85% of ladies who were part of a Clinical Trial at Baylor University, USA, were able to reduce the amount of hot flushes and/or turn down the heat to a much more comfortable level.

  • Learn practical methods of suppressing your hot flushes that are easy to use and remember.

  • Learn to relax fully which is enormously beneficial for the mind, body and spirit. Being able to relax can help other aspects and areas of an individual’s life, such as anxiety, panic & stress, to feel calmer and more relaxed. The knock on effects spread out like ripples on a pond.

  • No medication is involved. Some HRT medications are made directly from pregnant mare’s urine.

  • Ladies who cannot take oestrogen based products or eat oestrogen rich foods, now have a credible alternative method of help, where previously few existed.
