The good news is that hypnosis is a powerful tool for building or improving self confidence. In hypnosis, you can 'step out' of your everyday way of thinking and feeling, and enter a world where you are just as confident as you want to be. Interestingly, your unconscious mind will learn from this, so that when you are faced with that situation in the future, you will be able to deal with it with a new found strength.
Whether it's being faced with public speaking, meeting new people or having a poor body image, a lack of self-confidence is an issue with which many of us struggle with at certain points in our lives. Stemming mostly from negative experiences and encounters, it can cause us to get stuck and hinder our chances of becoming successful and live a fulfilling life.
