Hypnotherapy may not be the obvious choice for many people as a way of improving their quality of sleep but it works by utilising the natural elements of the sleep process and when combined with practical changes to the sleep environment my course results in powerful lasting improvements.

As a professional Clinical Hypnotherapist with 20 years of experience, I have helped countless people improve their quality of sleep quickly and effectively. I have created a 4 part course dedicated to helping reset sleeping patterns so that you can fully experience good sleep, routinely.

Many people people, especially since the pandemic, have inadvertently trained themselves to experience poor sleep and in their quest to sleep better they may experience an over-focus on achieving perfect sleep, making the situation worse. It is possible to retrain out of this frustrating and exhausting routine into one which helps you to sleep easy.

Poor sleep as a result of something happening in your life can, for many, be a temporary phenomenon. However, for many people, this interrupted pattern can inadvertently lay down the pathway to restless sleep on a long-term basis. Past careers where shift patterns have been necessary or emotional upset during child or adulthood, stress, and a multitude of other reasons, can affect sleep quality.
Perhaps you have turned to self medicate with alcohol, which may help you fall asleep initially, however it creates its own additional set of issues because it can cause you to awaken part way through and then cause difficulty falling back a sleep.
Sleeping tablets may initially provide relief, however their effects that can wear off, and you may find that the initial dose is insufficient.
But it is not necessary to think that you can no longer learn how to address this and it is possible to update old patterns of behavior and retrain your conscious and subconscious mind into the art of falling asleep and staying asleep.
